Sue was born and raised in Salinas, California, the lettuce capital of the world. As a child she learned her love of cooking from her mother as they created wonderful dishes using the ever abundant fresh vegetables straight out of the fields of John Steinbeck country. In the 90’s she started a company called “California Cuisine” and attracted a following in Atlanta, Georgia as she prepared healthy lunch items for a popular coffee club, catered and was a successful home chef.
Today, she divides her time between her Entree's for Sale, Chef demonstrations, catering, local fundraising projects, and teaching. Her love of fresh ingredients and modern American cuisine inspired her to open Cook With Me where she continues to provide her diverse array of services to the local residents of San Mateo, Burlingame, and Hillsborough, California.
